Authorities took him into custody because he smelled strongly of alcohol and stumbled when he walked. He reportedly told officers that he resided in Elmhurst. The 33-year-old man attracted attention because of his odd last name that suggested he was a billionaire.
Although he lacked the credentials of a wealthy Wall Street investor or technology company founder, his resume included interesting occupations. In addition to being a laborer, he styled himself online as an author, investor and inspirational speaker. For those who wish to get married, he also claimed to be a spiritual minister who performed weddings.
